Manual registration involves printing & filling out the registration form, and dropping it and player's birth
certificate to the NOKC Clubhouse on one of the following dates and times:
2/18/12 - 10:00am-2:00pm     2/19/12 - 1:00pm-4:00pm
2/25/12 - 10:00am-2:00pm     2/26/12 - 1:00pm-4:00pm
